1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and N999 Game ("the Platform", "we", "us"). They apply to all use of the N999 Game website, including browsing, account registration, deposits, betting, casino gaming, fish games, slots and any other service offered through the platform.

3 Account Registration & Management

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same mobile number or same payment method — is a breach of these Terms. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts associated with that player may be permanently closed and any balances forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. If your mobile number, email address or payment details change, update them promptly through your account settings or by contacting support via live chat.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. N999 Game staff will never ask you for your password under any circumstances. Any activity that occurs on your account while it is logged in will be treated as your activity and your responsibility.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on N999 Game are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer and select card and mobile wallet options. No currency conversion charges are applied by the platform on standard PKR transactions.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your account balance after confirmation from the payment provider. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically reflect within a few minutes. Bank transfer timings depend on your bank's processing schedule. The minimum deposit amount is displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment channel used for the most recent deposit where possible. Processing times vary by method — mobile wallet withdrawals are generally faster than bank transfers. Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification before processing. The platform reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal.

• Deposits made via third-party accounts not in your name will be declined and returned.
• N999 Game does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Withdrawals to a different method than the deposit source may require additional verification.

5 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting at N999 Game covers cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, ODIs, Test matches, football, esports and other markets made available from time to time. Odds are displayed in decimal format and may be updated at any time up to the moment a market is suspended.

All bets are accepted subject to the following general conditions:

• Bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system.
• N999 Game reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the odds were clearly erroneous at the time of placement.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to current market availability. There may be brief periods where markets are suspended — for example, around wickets in a cricket match or goals in football — during which bets cannot be placed.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply per market and are shown in the betting interface.
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to your account balance promptly after the event result is confirmed.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the specific market rules applicable to that sport and event type.

For PSL and international cricket fixtures, markets include pre-match match winner, toss winner, top batsman, over-by-over run totals, player performance specials and tournament outright markets. Full market rules for each sport are available within the sports section of the platform.

6 Casino, Slots & Fish Games

N999 Game offers slot games, live casino tables and fish games from third-party game providers. Each game operates according to its own rules and return-to-player (RTP) parameters as set by the provider. The platform does not modify game outcomes and has no influence over the results of any individual game round.

Live casino games — including Baccarat, Roulette, Teen Patti and Blackjack — are streamed in real time with professional dealers. All live game outcomes are determined at the dealer's table and are final. Technical disconnections during a live game hand will be handled according to the provider's disconnection policy, which is displayed within the game interface.

Fish games operate on a shooting-based mechanic where results depend on in-game logic supplied by the provider. Stakes and payouts in fish games are displayed in PKR within the game. The platform is not responsible for connectivity issues that interrupt a fish game session, though any settled round results will be honoured.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

The general rules below apply to all bonuses unless the individual promotion states otherwise.

• Bonuses are issued to one account per player, per household and per device.

• VIP status is awarded at the platform's discretion and may be reviewed periodically.
• Tier downgrades may occur if minimum activity thresholds are not maintained over a given period.
• VIP benefits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Abuse of VIP privileges — including account sharing to accumulate VIP points — is a breach of these Terms.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on N999 Game. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of account balances:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in creating a duplicate account.
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent or unlawful means.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with games.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors or odds mistakes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or poker-format games.
• Attempting to reverse, chargeback or dispute legitimate transactions made on the platform.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or financial crime.
• Any conduct that disrupts or interferes with the normal operation of the platform or its infrastructure.

10 Privacy & Data
